Being a leader is more than just managing a team and delivering on major business objectives. While accountability and ownership are critical for every leader, team member and business partner across the company, it's not just what we do; it's the why and how we do it that ultimately matters. I’ve had the opportunity to lead hands-on the development of product solutions across a complex and growing enterprise, into a portfolio of core applications supporting and revolutionizing the business. The key contributor to the success of our product, is directly related to the business partnership for every product, feature, and business process solution we implemented. In any effort, with key business input and cross-functional collaboration, we can be sure we are building the right solutions together.

Over my career, I've had the opportunity to help build a promotional product company from a start-up to an industry leader, that highly relies on technology to support a complex supply chain, enterprise-level features and functionality to support some of the world's largest brands. As a result, I have helped build our program offering that continues to help grow the business, provide efficiency, scalability, and not just satisfy the complex demands within the industry, but position the service-offering to support other vertical markets and corporate growth.
Technology / Infrastructure
One of the most critical aspects of any thriving enterprise, is the technology infrastructure that supports it. In many cases, the core of any nimble, scalable business operation are the applications and systems that can be the differentiator in the marketplace. A well-designed infrastructure and application environment, can create efficiency and growth. Just as critical, are the applications used by the workforce and ensuring they are engineered not just for scalability but are intuitive and streamline productivity. Of course, data protection, system redundancy, and IT governance / compliance are integral to supporting security & risk management processes and keep the business running and protected.
